Who setup assistance is for

KoberTag is designed to be self-service. Most users get started on their own in minutes. But some situations call for help, and we're here for those.

  • You want to start fast. You have work waiting and no time to configure Price Lists and CAD templates from scratch.
  • You don't have your CAD blocks labeled yet. Your existing drawings don't carry attribute codes, and you want us to guide you through labeling or do it for you.
  • You want to learn while we work together. You prefer to see KoberTag set up in your own operation, with someone available to answer questions in real time.
  • Your team needs to be trained. You want your team to use KoberTag correctly from day one, not to learn by trial and error.

What we help with

Setup assistance covers everything you need to get KoberTag up and running for your operation. What varies is the volume and complexity. A Price List with 20 items is different from one with 1,000. We start with a conversation to understand your scope, then provide a fair quote for the full setup. The minimum is $275, which reflects one day of work. Larger scopes are priced accordingly.

Price List configuration

We help you build your Price List by importing from Excel or CSV, organizing categories, and setting prices in your currency.

CAD template setup

We prepare your CAD blocks with the attribute codes KoberTag needs to read, so your existing drawings work immediately.

Branding and reusable assets

Your logo, header, footer, and standard notes, configured once and applied to every estimate you generate.

Team training

We train your team on the KoberTag workflow so everyone works consistently from day one.

Additional or specialized services (for example, ongoing support contracts, custom integrations, or advanced training sessions) can be discussed and quoted separately.

We discuss the scope

We'll respond within 24 hours with questions or a suggestion to book a short call. Together we'll clarify the scope and confirm what's involved.

We quote and set up

Once the scope is clear, we send you a fair price for the full setup. Payment is handled through Stripe. Then we get to work. Most setups are completed within a few days.

What about the free trial?

You can start a free trial (10 analyses, no credit card required) anytime, without committing to setup assistance. Many users explore the product this way and configure things themselves. Setup assistance is available whether you're starting fresh or joining us after a trial where you hit a wall.

The free trial and setup assistance are independent. You don't need one to get the other.
