1. Two separate environments

KoberTag operates two separate environments:

1. This website (kobertag.com): informational only. We use only privacy-first, cookieless analytics here and do not track you across sites. The only personal data we receive from this site is what you submit through our contact form.
2. The application (app.drawiq.io): the actual product. When you create an account and use KoberTag, we collect and process the data described below.

When you use our contact form, we collect:

• Your email address
• Your company name (optional)
• The message you send us

This data is stored in our Netlify dashboard and used only to respond to your inquiry. We do not use it for marketing or share it with third parties.

3. Data we collect through the application

When you create an account and use KoberTag, we collect:

Account information

• Your name and email address
• A password (stored hashed, never in plain text)
• Your role and company details

Content you provide

• PDF drawings you upload
• Price lists you configure
• Estimates you generate
• Notes, comments, and settings

Chat interactions

• Messages you send to the KoberTag chat assistant

Billing information

• Payment method details (processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number)
• Billing address
• Subscription and invoice history

Technical data

• IP address of your connection
• Browser type and device information
• Timestamps of your actions (audit log)
• Session cookies for maintaining your login
• CSRF tokens for security

4. How we use your data

We use your data to:

• Provide the KoberTag service to you
• Process your payments and manage your subscription

• Send you transactional emails (welcome, subscription updates, password reset, and invoices (sent by Stripe on our behalf))

5. Third-party processors

We work with the following third-party services to operate KoberTag. Each processes only the data necessary for its function:

For the website (kobertag.com) we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless analytics tool that measures aggregate traffic (such as page views and referrers) without setting cookies, collecting personal data, or tracking you across other sites. We use no advertising trackers and no social media pixels.

6. Cookies

The KoberTag application uses two types of cookies:

Session cookies: to keep you logged in as you use the application. These expire when you close your browser or log out.

Security cookies: to protect against cross-site request forgery (CSRF) attacks. These are essential for the security of your account.

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party cookies. Our website (kobertag.com) uses no cookies at all.

If we add analytics or other cookies in the future that are not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent and provide a way to opt out.

7. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the service. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete your data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention, tax records, or legal obligations). KoberTag is operated from Florida, USA. If you access KoberTag from outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using KoberTag, you consent to this transfer.

KoberTag is intended for professional use by adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, please contact us at info@drawiq.io and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email and, for users of the application, require you to acknowledge the changes before continuing to use KoberTag.
